Deep Groove Ball Bearing Detail:
Deep groove ball bearings can handle not only radial forces, but also moderate axial loads in both directions. Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the most common form of rolling bearings and are used in many types of applications; particularly those where high speeds and low power loss are required. They are easy to install and can be deployed in a variety of configurations.
PEEK & PI are proved to be the best performance of mechanical strength, size stable and high temperature applicable engineering plastic material compare with all other engineering plastic. PEEK is applicable at 260℃ in long time working while PI is applicable at 300℃. Moreover it performance excellent in strong acid & alkali conditions. The disadverantage is the expensive material cost.
